Bounce House Occupancy: Please note, for everyone's safety, we advise that based on manufacturer guidelines a maximum of 5-6 kids of the same size bounce at one time. Big kids and smaller kids are not to jump at the same time.

Cleaning Standards: All our units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every use. We rent our units once a day, we do not rent them for multiple events on the same day.

3. Tarp (Except Parks)
4. Safety Stakes or *Sandbags for secure grounding *Fees apply for sandbag setups 

Your Checklist:

1. Ensure there's enough space for setup and a clear path to the setup location.
2. An electric outlet of 15 AMP per blower within 50 feet of the setup area (Must be dedicated to just the inflatable). Parties at your home mostly have a circuit that can support a bounce house blower
3. If you're renting a water slide, a water source, and a hose will need to be within 50 feet of the setup area.

Rescheduling due to Rain: Feel free to reschedule your rental if it's raining without any extra charges! But remember, this needs to be done 48 hours before your event start time.

 
NO SILLY STRING, CONFETTI, CANDY, FOOD, DRINKS NEAR OR IN THE BOUNCE HOUSE. THIS WILL DAMAGE THE INFLATABLE AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES OR CLEANING FEE.

 

CITY PARK EVENTS: At some of the city parks, you WILL need a generator 50% of the time. Some parks have outlets and some do not and often regular outlets are not allowed to be used for bounce houses due to the amount of power needed to run the bounce house. A small generator starts at $65 and will include gas for 5-6 hours for one blower. If your bounce house needs two blowers or you're adding a concession, then you will need two generators or order one of our larger generators and they start at $85. If you need to rent a generator from us, please go to Concessions and Addons and add the generator to your order. Please check with the parks and recreation office on power requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: The Parks and Recreations department will require a permit/form to be signed at the community center to have a bounce house for your park reservation and if this form is not signed before your date of the event, we can't and will not be able to setup the bounce house until is done. This will cause delays for you and us at delivery time.
